PETALING JAYA: The Vivahomes Integrity Award has returned to recognise real estate agents that practise ethical values in their business transactions, done in collaboration with StarProperty.
The award was hosted at Menara Star recently where winners are chosen based on their presentation which is centred around the theme "integrity" followed by a question and answer session with the judges. Each participant was limited to not more than five minutes for their presentation.
According to Vivahomes Realty Sdn Bhd general manager Seamus Kor Jian Hao, the award was organised to inculcate the spirit of integrity among the agents. “Since we are in the service line, integrity is important for the long-term relationships between the clients and us,” said Kor.
StarProperty assistant general manager Ernest Towle commented that he was pleased to see Vivahomes Realty's initiative to enhance their service and offerings to clients.
“The presenters are passionate in their delivery on integrity, and it is good that they are concerned about the clients and not just their pay cheques,” said Ernest.
On another note, Vivahomes managing director Yap Cheng Kwan shares his optimism regarding the economic condition: “It is currently a buyer’s market out there, but there is always demand as the market is huge for properties ranging from RM300,000 to RM500,000,” said Yap.
