PETALING JAYA: Vivahomes Realty welcomed over 500 participants representing more than ten members of Vivahomes’ branches, partners and other dignitaries during the VIVAHOMES Grand Gala Property Awards 2018. The awards event was recently held at Sunway Convention Centre.

This year, Vivahomes recognised six categories of achievers with the nominations received from the member of its branches in Malaysia.

In a recent collaboration with external panel judges Propwall.my and their head of sales Kent Thew, Vivahomes shortlisted its nominations for the Integrity Awards (VIA) that recognises real estate professionals who uphold ethical business practices. 

The recipients of the Vivahomes Integrity Awards are Benjamin Lim Joon Liang, Joseph Goh Cheong Leong, Rachel Loo Suh Chin, Chloe Tan Mei Ching and Gerrard Goh Chin Chian.

The achievers were selected based on various criteria namely their strength in upholding the code of ethics by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA), their performance and willingness to guide a newcomer rather than focusing solely on sales performance.

According to the statement, Vivahomes Realty managing director Eric Yap said,“The V-GALA Awards are to recognise the talent and acknowledge the merit of hard work the team had put in. It will inspire them to keep pushing to be at the forefront of something greater and sets the benchmark not just in Vivahomes, but in Malaysia real estate industry.”
