PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) provided an update on the fire incident which occurred at the construction site of Tropicana Gardens on Monday, Nov 13.
Given the many unconfirmed and misleading reports circulated online or on social media, Tropicana clarified that only a minimal area was affected by the fire and not 90% as reported by various sources.
According to the statement, the fire occurred at the construction site was under the purview of the main contractor and is away from the completed residential towers.
Tropicana confirmed that the construction of the development would resume upon the approval of the authorities.
