PETALING JAYA: Unity Realty Sdn Bhd recently opened its new headquarter in Bukit Jalil City Signature@Bukit Jalil.
“This is a location with endless potentials. The 10,000 sq ft new headquarter is strategically located adjacent to Pavilion 2 and comes with ample parking spaces. It meets Unity Realty’s requirements for weekly meetings and training programmes,” said Unity Realty founder and chief executive officer Datuk Cat Chee.
The headquarter’s first floor is the Cinecitta Restaurant owned by Datuk Cat Chee, the second floor is the administration office, while the third floor is a multiple-purpose hall that can accommodate up to 330 people.
According to Chee, Unity Realty has successfully transacted 1,600 units of residential and commercial lots between October and November last year, which has exceeded the company’s sales target of RM35mil GDV.
“In 2019, we plan to establish a new telemarketing team, and raise our sales target to RM37mil,” Chee added.
