WHO knew a patch of forest on a hilly terrain could transform into a luxury residential township with a sustainable green environment after 10 years of tireless effort?
Property developer Gamuda Land has worked hard over the years to create this masterpiece for its community to enjoy through strategic planning, extensive environment preservation and dedication.
Strategically located in Kajang, Selangor, Jade Hills is surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful lakes and gardens, offering residents the ambience of absolute tranquillity and resort-style living.
The 137ha development, worth a total of RM2.2bil, features 11 residential precincts, commercial shop offices and a commercial village.
“We came to this piece of land and thought hard about what makes it unique, and how we can further improve it.
Jade Hills is a result of mindful planning and being able to bring all the unique components together thoughtfully.
“This land has blessed us with gentle slopes which allows us to work with nature and build unique homes. As we work towards creating a sustainable environment, we have preserved the hills and enhanced its natural lakes and landscapes to give the town a sense of serenity,” he said.
Ngan said the 32 units of two-storey link villas in the Hana Gardens precinct that was launched last December were sold out.
Meanwhile, the remaining phases – 44 units of two-storey link semi-detached homes, 21 units of three-storey link villas and 16 units of three-storey link semi-detached homes – in the same precinct, have a take-up rate of 50% since its launch last month.
The whole of Hana Gardens precinct is slated for completion in 2020.
“As a result of our holistic approach, we have good capital appreciation of 15% to 35% at Jade Hills. Currently, the township is 60% completed and 71% occupied. It will offer approximately 2,500 homes upon completion in 2025,” he said.
Gamuda Land has in the pipeline a plan to unveil one of Jade Hills’ five remaining residential precincts, which is the Bungalow Homes at The Lakes, by the end of this year.
At the opening of the Jade Hills Show Gallery, Ngan said the gallery, measuring 372sq m was one of the enhancement projects being done in Jade Hills to better serve housebuyers and residents.
“To add convenience to Jade Hills community and visitors, we will be introducing our shuttle service to and from MRT Kajang, which is 5km away, next month.
“We are also working towards bringing in a new collection of lifestyle food and beverages and holding outdoor activities in the town,” Ngan added.
Jade Hills residents can also enjoy other nearby amenities such as Eaton International School, Kajang Hospital, Serdang Hospital, Aeon Cheras Selatan, IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, Plaza Metro and Metro Point in Kajang.
Easily accessible via major highways such as Silk Highway, North-South Expressway, Cheras-Kajang Expressway and South Klang Valley Expressway, it is also reachable via MRT Kajang, MRT Stadium Kajang and KTM Kajang.
