PETALING JAYA: UMLand Bhd will be building a total of 1,122 homes at UMLand Seri Alam under the Johor Affordable Housing Scheme.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held to mark the beginning of the construction of Perumahan Komuniti Johor (PKJ) and Rumah Mampu Milik Johor (RMMJ).
“We are delighted to participate in this meaningful collaboration with the state government where we aim to cater to local demands for affordable living and quality lifestyle. This is in view of the ever-increasing housing prices that are one of the main concerns among Malaysians.
“It is an honour for UMLand to be part of an initiative where developers are able to provide homes which are not only reasonable in terms of pricing but also built with quality as well,” said UMLand Bhd Director Datuk Syed Ahmad Khalid Syed Mohammed in a statement.
