KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd recently launched their latest serviced apartments, Residensi Solaris Parq with a gross development value (GDV) of RM755 mil.

The high rise will be the first phase of Solaris Parq, the company’s latest mixed-development with an 18.76-acre freehold land within the Dutamas enclave. It will comprise four components - Residensi, Galleria, Suites and Office with a combined GDV of RM3bil.

UEM Sunrise Bhd managing director and chief executive officer Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib expected the new residential development to be well received by potential buyers as the company targets the take-up rate for their new development to reach around 50% by the end of the year.

“For the 700-sq-ft and 1000-sq-ft units, we are targeting predominantly for young professionals or business owners with a combined household income of around RM20,000,” he said.

Residensi Solaris Parq will consist of two towers with 288 units per tower and offers five different built-ups ranging from 721 sq ft to 2,469 sq ft with selling prices range from RM873,800 to RM2,968,800.

Commenting on Solaris Parq, Anwar said the mixed development would be launched in two phases with the first being the residential apartment, Residensi Solaris Parq, which is set to be completed by 2022.

He also said the company would be looking at launching the second phase of Solaris Parq within the next 12 to 18 months.

Solaris Parq will also be home to a two-acre urban park comprising of four thematically-landscaped zones that will feature more than 30 lifestyle amenities.

It is the third in UEM’s Solaris development series after Solaris Mont Kiara and Solaris Dutamas.

“We set out to develop Solaris Parq as a project that will transform the scene in Mont Kiara and Dutamas.

“We want the vicinity not only to be a desirable place where people want to live in, but also be the preferred destination for work and play,” he said.
