PETALING JAYA: Following its 10th Annual General Meeting, UEM Sunrise Bhd announced its achievements for 2017 for achieving its highest ever revenue, exceeding RM2.9 billion since its listing in 2008.

“UEM Sunrise remains committed to discharge its responsibility entrusted unto us and we will strive to contribute our level best to the company’s growth while supporting the government,” said UEM Sunrise chairman Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd in a statement.
UEM Sunrise’s future plans:
- Develop an integrated mixed residential and commercial development on 72.7 acres of prime land.
- Acquired 19.2 acres of land in Equine Park in December 2017 with plans underway with a target to launch it in 2019.
- Continue to expand the rent-to-own scheme through collaboration with commercial banks.
- Looking to acquire more land parcels in the central region.
