PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) and Temokin Sdn Bhd (Temokin) have recently delivered vacant possessions (VP) for Tropicana Miyu, a freehold serviced residence at Section 17 Petaling Jaya. The joint venture development is fully sold and has a high Qlassic score of 85%.
“Tropicana Miyu was launched in 2020 and the first Sales and Purchase Agreement was signed in September 2020. Within 18 months, we achieved 100% take-up. Through this successful collaboration with our partner, Temokin, we are thrilled to celebrate the timely handover of vacant possession in November 2024,” said marketing, sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang.
Temokin executive director Jeremiah Tan Chien Yih said: “Our partnership with Tropicana is into its 6th year and it has been a highly successful few years so we were pleased to work with Tropicana again on high-rise development – Tropicana Miyu. Having achieved 100% sold out status and a Qlassic score of 85%, it is certainly a testament to the quality of the product that was born from this joint effort.”
Tropicana said a total of 271 homebuyers were contacted for the vacant possession handover.
