PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corporation Bhd (Tropicana) has handed over the vacant possession (VP) of Gemala Residences at Tropicana Aman seven months early. The 116 units of double-storey linked homes also scored a high 80% in QLASSIC, a quality assessment benchmark developed by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
“Tropicana Aman is very pleased to continue its success story with the early 7-month completion of its 11th phase – Gemala Residences, which achieved an impressive QLASSIC score of 80%. This is also aligned with our ongoing commitment to redefine the art of living with the quality and early delivery of our developments to our property owners,” said marketing and Sales and business development managing director Ixora Ang.
A lakeside development, Gemala Residences occupies a 16-acre plot with built-up ranging between 2,648 sq ft to 2,860 sq ft. Each home features a side garden and faces either a garden view or a tranquil lakeside view. A 7 km jogging path and bike trail laps around the lake and allow residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle, while the layout of the streets and the buildings in the township emphasizes the north-south orientation, thus reducing power consumption on air-conditioning. Gemala Residences also features smart home systems for tech-savvy living.
“A composition of peace and harmony, this gated and guarded development provides a life of wholesomeness, away from the stresses of the city,” Ang added about Tropicana Aman’s masterplan.
