PETALING JAYA: Property developer Trinity Group has launched its Gold Assurance Programme which covers extended warranty period for defects for its two upcoming developments in Klang Valley, Trinity Rainfora and Trinity Sensoria.
The programme covers up to 36 months of defects liability period (DLP), 10 years warranty for roof leaks, and five years warranty for tiles pop up. The developer said the program goes beyond the standard 24-month DLP, and the typical two years coverage for roof and tiles.
