KUALA LUMPUR: Trinity Group Sdn Bhd recently celebrated the topping out ceremony of Trinity Wellnessa, a two-tower development with 463 units and 30 stories each. Both towers are expected to be completed in June 2025, four months ahead of schedule.
“Our journey at Trinity Group is driven by a clear vision: to redefine urban living in innovative ways. Thus from the outset, our vision for Trinity Wellnessa has been to create a holistic living environment that serves as a sanctuary of well-being. Through meticulous planning and strategic partnerships, we are poised to set new benchmarks in integrated wellness-centric developments,” Trinity Group managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said.
“We have long observed a shift in buyer behaviour post-pandemic, specifically a greater demand for wellness-centric developments. Buyers today are more conscious about taking better care of themselves and their loved ones. Trinity Group is ready to address these needs head-on, and we are delighted to share that we are set to launch our next phase of wellness-centric homes in Q4 2024, neighbouring Trinity Wellnessa,” he added.
Trinity Wellnessa centres around the concept of health and wellness, with contactless technology, wellness-oriented design, and wellness-centric facilities. These facilities include a yoga garden, a floating cinema, a rejuvenating ray pool, and a coffee lounge.
Located in Beverly Heights, Ampang North, the 3.9-acre development has a total gross development value of RM341mil. Trinity Group’s previously completed projects have a total GDV of RM2.5bil.
