Over 60% of housing units sold in the first three hours
PUCHONG: TAHPS Group Bhd recently launched the Andira Park phase two landed homes at Bukit Puchong, achieving over 60% take-up rate within three hours.
“Using the sales of phase 1 as an estimate, all our units were sold out in three days. Currently, we have achieved a 60% sales of phase 2 in just the first three hours. One of the five terrace homes we are offering has also been grabbed,” said TAHPS Group Bhd chief executive officer Eugene Khoo.
The prices for the two and three-storey link villas are net at RM668,000 and RM688,000 respectively. The price of the three-storey terrace homes is at RM917,000.
“We are currently discussing with the relevant authorities to get the feeder bus access route to come to Bukit Puchong. This might take approximately one year,” said Khoo.
“In terms of capital appreciation and the scarcity of land in Puchong, customers should be able see capital appreciation after the project is completed in two-years time,” added Khoo.
Located at the developer’s township of Bukit Puchong, Andira Park sits on an 8.33 freehold site with a gross development value of approximately RM100mil. The gated and guarded development is a low-density freehold landed residential project.
Phase 2 consists of 59 units of two- and three-storey link villas and five three-storey terraced homes. The two-storey link villas have a built-up of 1,583 sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms while the three-storey link villas are at 1,789 sq ft and four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The three-storeyed terrace home, on the other hand, comes with a built-up of 2,347 sq ft with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and family area. Every two and three-storey home comes with its own facade, separate entrance, private driveway and parking. The Bukit Puchong community app has also been specifically designed to ensure residential safety.
Notable facilities include a multipurpose sports court and room, picnic lawn, children’s playground, jogging path and outdoor fitness equipment. The sports court is capable of fitting in an estimate of 100 people. Over one acre of the land has been used for landscaping work.
Andira Park is accessible via Jalan Puchong which is the main road connected to the Lebuhraya Damansara - Puchong (LDP). It is also a few miles away from the LRT station at Taman Puchong. Nearby landmarks include a Chinese school and TESCO.
