JOHOR: Commemorating Sunway Iskandar’s fifth anniversary, the developer launched its Super 5 PLUS home ownership scheme exclusively for Johor purchasers at the Sunway Iskandar Property and Income Tax Seminar on 18 April 2019, yesterday.
According to the press statement, around 400 visitors attended the talk and consultation by Chur Association managing partner Chris Tan, National Taxation director Richard Oon, YYC Johor Regional executive director Goh Hen Yee and Sunway Iskandar chief executive officer Gerard Soosay.
“Sunway Iskandar is the next Sunway City of Johor. As a Master Community Developer, we aim to create a liveable community here in Johor.
“We hope the launch of Sunway Iskandar Super 5 PLUS home ownership scheme will help homeowners to purchase their dream home in our largest township yet,” said Gerard.
“Apart from owning a unit with only RM5,000 and a flexi instalment plan for the differential sum, purchasers also stand a chance to win Lucky Draws worth up to RM200,000,” said Gerard.
The Super 5 PLUS home ownership scheme is Sunway’s unique home ownership scheme for Johor purchasers only which allows purchasers to pay RM5,000 to own a unit and a flexi instalment plan for the differential sum. The Sunway's group of companies will offer a 95% guaranteed financing for eligible buyers with special interest rate.
In addition to the government’s waiver of the Memorandum of Transfer (MoT) for first-time house buyers, Sunway will absorb the stamp duty for the transfer of ownership for properties above RM1mil.
The Super 5 PLUS scheme provides free financial health check that will help aspiring homeowners assess their financial credibility before owning their dream home during this campaign period. Purchasers will also be able to participate in a lucky draw with RM200,000 in prizes to be won. The campaign will run from Jan to Dec 2019.
Apart from the Sunway Iskandar Super 5 PLUS scheme, the developer will launch townhouses and phase three of Sunway Citrine Lakehomes in Sunway Iskandar worth RM100mil in Gross Development value (GDV) and landed residential units in Sunway Lenang Heights with a GDV of RM160mil.
