PETALING JAYA: Sunsuria Bhd has received approval from the Ministry of Education (MOE) for a Chinese vernacular primary school, SJK(C) Sunsuria, within its flagship township Sunsuria City.
MOE stated that SJK(C) Sunsuria will be one of the ten new Chinese primary schools to be set up in Malaysia.
According to the statement, the decision to locate SJK(C) Sunsuria within Sunsuria’s flagship integrated development is in line with the vision for Sunsuria City to be a smart, livable and sustainable community.
Sunsuria City is surrounded by thriving communities such as Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Puchong and more.
“Education is the cornerstone of our nation’s progress and we applaud the Government’s initiative in providing fresh impetus to these noble pursuits. We are also honoured that Sunsuria will be able to play a significant role in nurturing the future generations of Malaysia.
“We want to inspire creativity and knowledge, and SJK(C) Sunsuria is yet another element in our vision of a growing education masterplan within Sunsuria City’s smart, livable and sustainable community,” said Sunsuria Bhd’s executive chairman Datuk Ter Leong Yap.
