GETTING a panoramic view of the waterfront with breathtaking vistas all around are the elements that contribute to the attractions of The Loft @ Southbay City in Batu Maung, Penang.
Described as a ‘private gateway to an enchanting sea’, the low-density residential development is home to 156 luxurious serviced suites housed in two 30-storey tower blocks.
Each tower has only 78 units, and this equates to three units per floor serviced by two private lifts.
The built-up area starts from 1,378sq ft and is priced from RM1.64mil.
Mah Sing Group’s chief executive officer Ng Chai Yong said the development promises low-density living by the coast with stunning views and superb modern facilities.
“All living, dining, master bedroom and second rooms come with amazing sea view.
“The high ceilings and windows allow the view to flood the spacious interiors,” he said, adding that the project will be showcased during StarProperty.my Fair at Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar.
Ng said Mah Sing was pleased to be part of the four-day fair, which would be held for the first time in Alor Setar.
“From previous experience, we have always managed to gather encouraging response and we believe we will see similar results in Alor Setar.
“Our attractive sales packages have always impressed home buyers.
“Besides, our projects always offer added-value features, such as excellent connectivity, which enables the property to appreciate,” he said.
Other than The Loft @ Southbay City, Mah Sing will also showcase D’Sara Sentral Service Residences in Sungai Buloh, Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu, Jalan Ipoh, Southville City @ KL South in Bangi and MCity in Jalan Ampang.
Ng said they would offer various easy entry schemes to help buyers own their dream homes.
To prove a point, he said, the Lakeville Residence in Taman Wahyu is priced from RM649,800, with built-up ranging from 977sq ft to 1,345sq ft.
He added that D’Sara Sentral Service Residences is also competitively priced from RM587,000, with built-ups starting from 773sq ft.
“Those who buy the participating pro-jects, such as D’Sara Sentral, Lakeville Residence, MCity, Southville City and The Loft will enjoy a RM8,888 cash rebate, in addition to any sales package offered for the properties.
“The reward campaign, which started on Jan 1 will end on Feb 29 this year,” he said.
Ng said there was a need for well-located mid-range mass market properties for the middle-income households.
“With that in mind, we are very careful with the projects to be exhibited during the fair.
“We believe we will do well as these developments are a good mix of investment grade properties, as well as residences.
“The pricing is attractive to the mass market and the projects are strategically located,” he said.
The four-day event, which starts on Thursday, will be from 10am to 10pm daily.
There will be a Spin & Win Contest with more than RM50,000 worth of prizes to be won throughout the fair.
