Experts share insights at Elmina Sales Gallery on Saturday

PETALING JAYA: StarProperty.my will be organising a forum titled “How to identify an exemplary township” at Elmina Sales Gallery, Shah Alam.
The event will be held on Sept 16, Saturday from 1pm to 5.30pm.
The forum will feature speakers who will address topics such as investment strategies for the middle-income group, portfolio building and the identification of a good township.
Seasoned property investor and blogger Ken Teo will discuss the strategies that the middle-income citizen could adapt to invest in property in his talk titled "Real Estate Investment Strategy For Middle Class".
Teo said his sharing would be based on analysis that is supported by facts and historical data.
Founder of Leveragelab Bhd Jeevan Sahadevan will speak about protection of investor’s value through his topic “How Does Property Act as a Buffer in Your Investment Portfolio.” From his talk, the audience will glean about the steps to create a fantastic financial portfolio as well as to leverage it to protect wealth during a bad economy.
On the other hand, AJC Planning Consultants Bhd director Mahani Mohd Yasin will focus on sustainable development through her talk “Sustainable Planning Increases Township Values.”
She said that the intrinsic values of a township should not be overlooked by property buyers and investors alike.
