A scene in SP Setia’s Threads of Joy, sharing the message of how past blessings are weaved into life’s rich tapestry.
SELANGOR: Property developer SP Setia launched a Chinese New Year themed video, titled Threads of Joy, surrounding a story of how belongings can carry memories from the past and are given new life after being handed down to the next generation.
In line with its agenda to uplift underprivileged communities, SP Setia has engaged Komuniti Tukang Jahit (KTJ) and Kloth, both Malaysian social enterprises empowering single women and mothers by upskilling them with tailoring skills.
Inspired by the storyline of the CNY video, SP Setia will also be hosting an upcycling drive aimed to reduce, reuse and recycle pre-loved belongings. Used fabrics or clothes will be transformed into new items such as bags and accessories.
SP Setia will also be hosting metaphysicist Datuk Anthony Cheng for a series of feng shui talks at Setia International Centre, Kuala Lumpur on Feb 4 2023 at 2pm to 4pm, as well as at TRIO Sales Galleria, Klang on Feb 12 2023 at 3pm to 5pm.
Celebrating the festive season, SP Setia is rewarding its customers with up to RM28,888 when purchasing selected properties, as well as a free Touch N Go enhanced card and RFID card from Jan 1 to Mar 31, while stocks last. The first 38 purchasers will also receive a free lion dance blessing.
From Jan 1 to Mar 31, home buyers will be able to play the SP Setia Ong Tu-Gather on the Setia on the Go app to stand a chance to win e-cash worth RM18 weekly.
