PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd is set to complete and handover of keys to unit owners of EcoHill Taipan - a new commercial hub in Setia Ecohill in Semenyih soon.
According to the statement by the company, EcoHill Taipan has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM130mil and is set to offer various facilities and amenities to the Semenyih community.
“For EcoHill Taipan, we have intermediate three-storey units while corner units are four-storeys high and we are truly pleased that all units were fully sold upon the launch in 2015,” said Setia EcoHill general manager SM Koh.
“At the moment, we have a good mix of businesses including clinics, trading companies, food & beverage outlets as well as other services ready to be rolled out in the coming months. We are confident that owners of EcoHill Taipan will get to enjoy a minimum of 6% rental yield from their investments here,” he added.
EcoHill Taipan is located at the crossroad of the busiest main road in Semenyih with high visibility and ample access. It is surrounded by matured communities of close to 60,000 residents who will benefit from the services offered.
It is part of the lifestyle commercial hub at Setia EcoHill. The second phase of commercial project development in Setia EcoHill will also feature EcoHill Walk, an integrated mixed development in the Kajang-Semenyih Corridor.
Once completed in 2020, EcoHill Walk will serve a population of close to 600,000 residents within the 20km radius of the Kajang-Semenyih Corridor.
