PETALING JAYA: Two of SP Setia’s developments were honoured by the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (MLAA) for their exceptional designs at the awards ceremony recently.
EcoHill Park received MLAA’s Excellence Award under Landscape Development Award - Developer & GLC Category as a recognition for its sustainable landscape development.
Meanwhile, Setia SPICE won MLAA’s Honour Award for its unique eco-landscape features in the same award category.
“This achievement is further acknowledgement that SP Setia is a name synonymous with multiple prestigious developments across the country especially for sustainable landscape development,” said SP Setia president and chief executive officer Datuk Khor Chap Jen in a statement.
Outstanding features in EcoHill Park:
- Fitness 123, an outdoor gym
- Play Play, a children’s play area with specially-designed equipment
- The Canopy, an area with a Tai Chi Lawn, a maze for meditative walks called Lost, and the Trellis where one can sit in silence and seek temporary respite from the hustle and bustle of life
- Composting Centre
