Petaling Jaya: The well-established and award winning SkyAwani series has become a landmark, as it has cemented its position as must-own starter homes for first time home buyers.
In Conjunction with this success, SkyWorld Development Sdn Bhd proudly had hosted a grand appreciation gala for over 2,000 SkyAwani 1 & 2 purchasers, last Sunday.
SkyWorld also took advantage of the golden opportunity to unveil its stylish, newest addition dubbed SkyAwani 3 residences.
Present to grace and officiate the momentous event on behalf Minister of Federal Territories, YB Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan was YBhg Datuk Seri Mohd Amin Nordin Abdul Aziz, SkyWorld Founder & Group MD Datuk Ng Thien Phing, Mayor of Kuala Lumpur YBhg Datuk Seri Mohd Amin Nordin Abdul Aziz, senior executive directors and officers from Kuala Lumpur City Hall (“DBKL”) and Ministry of Federal Territories (“KWP”) as well as SkyWorld deputy group managing director Mr Lam Soo Keong, SkyWorld chief operating officer Mr Lee Chee Seng, and SkyWorld chief financial officer Mr Siew Chee Seng.
Amin said, “SkyWorld’s commitment to the creation of quality projects are a commendable move and is in line with our Federal Territories efforts, in transforming the property landscape to a vibrant and prosperous community.”
“I also understand that SkyWorld is one of the biggest contributors of Federal Government’s affordable housing programme known as ‘Rumah Mampu Milik Wilayah Persekutuan’ (“RUMAWIP”).
“The RUMAWIP is targeted to both low and middle-income group who stays and work in the Federal Territories. We target to develop 55,000 affordable housing units throughout Kuala Lumpur by 2020.”

The newly launched SkyAwani 3 Residences features Malaysia’s first and longest sky gardens with 3 inter-connected 51-storey towers complimented by over 20 facilities spread over level 8 and level 52.
Tower A and B has 669 units respectively whilst Tower 3 has 567 units. The built-up is about 800 sq ft for each unit at a fixed price of RM300,000.
