81% of Ascenda homeowners said yes to SkyWorld excellent handover experience

PETALING JAYA: SkyWorld Development Group (SkyWorld) is closing the year on a high note as the company’s latest completed development, Ascenda Residences at SkyArena, Setapak, was completed three months ahead of schedule and received 76% QLASSIC quality score.
Ascenda Residences is SkyWorld’s first property development in Malaysia which boasts 650 condominium units on a 3.35-acre land. According to a statement by the company, homeowners started to receive their keys from November 2017.
To-date, SkyWorld has handed over 588 units, out of which 81% (474 homeowners to be exact) has rated 5-star overall HOVP service to the team and its project.
“As an emerging developer, building our first project is always a challenge. The even bigger challenge is to construct our first project following QLASSIC standards, and getting it completed three months ahead of schedule,” said SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng.
