PETALING JAYA: SkyWorld Development Group’s affordable home series, SkyAwani 1 & SkyAwani 2, have recorded a full take-up.
SkyWorld unveiled SkyAwani 3 Residences@Setapak and opened its Block A for unit selection. The event saw more than 1,000 visitors and 606 units were taken up within three hours, translating to a 90% take-up from a total of 673 units.
“Our award-winning SkyAwani series has made many positive headlines and cemented its position as the most owned starter homes for first-time homebuyers,” said SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng in a statement.
“We are so thankful for the overwhelming response, and we are proud to say that despite SkyAwani being a corporate social responsibility (CSR) project under the RUMAWIP affordable home programme, we remain steadfast to our commitments of delivering value for money property without compromising on quality and aesthetics,” he added.
The newly launched SkyAwani 3 Residences features sky gardens with three inter-connected 51-storey towers. The development offers over 20 facilities spread over level 8 and level 52.
Tower A, B & C offer 673, 680 and 552 units respectively.
