PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property officially launched its highly anticipated development, Lot 15, located in Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC) on Nov 18 to 19, 2017 (Saturday and Sunday) at its SJCC gallery in Wisma Consplant 2, Subang Jaya.
Lot 15 is a serviced apartment that comprises two 20-storey residential towers with a total of 361 residential units and three levels of retail units. The development covers an area of 2.227 acres, with a total gross development value (GDV) of RM269.2mil.
According to the statement, the development offers freehold ownership and aims to fulfil the needs of first-time homebuyers, young professionals and investors.
