The latest residential property designed for the affluent in east Kuala Lumpur.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property is officially launching the Quarza Residence at its KL East development on Sunday, May 8 in conjunction with its Lifestyle Collection Campaign.

The public is invited to attend the event at the KL East Gallery from 10am - 5pm.

The event will showcase the freehold residential property nestled in the integrated township of KL East, which is adjacent to a forest park and surrounded by verdant green landscape.

“It offers an entirely new living concept where creative design meets organic space, creating vibrant energies for individuals and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city,” said Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi in a statement.

He added practicality is a priority at the initial design stage, the reason for Quarza Residence’s strategic location with access to places in and around Kuala Lumpur via major highways such as Duke, Akleh and MRR2. It is also within easy reach to the Gombak LRT station via a proposed 800-metre covered pedestrian walkway.

Quarza Residence features two residential towers with a total of 508 units. Each tower houses 254 units, with a mix of one bedroom units with a built-up area of 651 sq ft and two bedroom units with two bathrooms, with built-up areas from 850 - 865 sq ft. The starting price for a unit of Quarza Residence is RM536,000, with every unit pre-equipped with air conditioning, kitchen cabinet with appliances such as hood, hob, oven and refrigerator plus a washing machine and dryer.

The facilities planned includes a 50-metre lap pool, family and wading pool, half basketball court, futsal court, gymnasium, playground and jogging track.

More than half of the KL East development is home to natural rainforest, parks and gardens. It sits at the foothills of the Klang Gates quartz ridge – the longest quartz ridge in the world and is home to endemic plant species.

The Quarza Residence sits atop the upcoming Quarza Mall, which will occupy the lower three levels of the development, with plans to house a myriad of renowned retail brands and F&B outlets.
The total Gross Development Value for both developments is RM700 million.

Quarza Residence is situated in KL East, an integrated township development within the Kuala Lumpur city limits. It covers 153 acres, has direct access to the MRR2 and is only 15km from KLCC and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

KL East is home to the reputable Kolej Yayasan Saad International School.
