PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property launched the first phase of Elmina Green, the latest residential development at the award-winning City of Elmina.
The development comprises 187 units of 20’ x 70’ double-storey terrace homes with a built-up area from 2,001 sq ft and above.
Elmina Green is a freehold ownership with units priced from RM683,888 before Bumiputera discount and early signing rebate. The completion date is set for Oct 2019.

Leong said that they are confident that Elmina Green phase one will repeat the success of other hot-selling developments offered by the township, as it presents the same high-quality artistry, design and value.
The estimated gross development value (GDV) for Elmina Green phase one is RM380mil.
City of Elmina is a 5,000-acre freehold mixed development with an estimated total GDV of RM24.6bil.
Among City of Elmina’s features are the 300-acre Elmina Central Park and 90 kilometres cycling and jogging track; one of the most extended tracks in the country.
