ARA DAMANSARA: Sime Darby Property is offering first-time homebuyers and loyal customers the opportunity to own their dream homes from a selection of its recently launched properties located in sought-after townships in the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.
According to statement, customers who purchase selected properties are entitled to receive a rebate* of RM10,000 on the initial 10% down payment, plus a family dinner for 10 guests at TPC Kuala Lumpur. This special promotion is applicable from now until 31 July 2017.
