PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property’s Lifestyle Collection campaign is back with a twist, introducing the unique Value Investment Privileges (VIP) Fast Track Programme.
Sime Darby Property is partnering AmBank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Negara, Citibank, CIMB, Maybank and RHB as panel of financial institutions for the VIP Fast Track Programme.
Potential purchasers are able to engage with the panel of financial institutions to check their credit status and obtain results quickly. Once eligible, purchasers will then be given a conditional pre-approved loan and they will be able to start shopping for their dream property offered by the Lifestyle Collection 2016.
“This hassle-free VIP Fast Track Programme will help facilitate and accelerate the entire property purchasing process, giving purchasers a peace of mind and more focus in choosing their desired property,” said Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi after the launching ceremony of Lifestyle Collection campaign on April 8.
He added that Sime Darby has a target of RM2.5 billion sales for this financial year ending in June, 2016, and they are planning to generate sales of more than 1,000 units worth RM1.5 billion in the next three months to reach the target.
The Lifestyle Collection campaign, which runs until June 2016, offers a wider product range from residential to commercial and caters to diverse lifestyle and pricing needs. The products under the campaign are located across the Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan.
The Lifestyle Collection 2016 consists of a wide collection of residential and commercial properties segmented into five lifestyle-centric categories.
The categories include “The Signature” which presents luxurious and prestigious homes, “Inspired Living” for those looking for functional and spacious contemporary homes, “Practical Charm” with its collection of practical and stylish modern homes, “High Life” for urbanites seeking stunning apartments and “Prospectus” which offers vibrant commercial premises.
Sime Darby Property’s newly launched serviced-apartments are also included in the Lifestyle Collection 2016 line-up, such as Cantara in Ara Damansara and Quarza Residence in KL East.
The public can also look forward to become an automatic Prime member, Sime Darby Property’s exclusive customer loyalty programme, when they purchase property during this campaign.
Prime members will be able to enjoy instant benefits such as special prices on properties, introducer incentives, special invitations to property launches and exclusive discounts from participating retailers.
A series of roadshows will be organised during the course of the Lifestyle Collection 2016 campaign, taking place in Sime Darby Property’s sales galleries in Ara Damansara, Wisma Consplant Subang Jaya, City of Elmina, Bandar Ainsdale, Saujana Impian, The Glades and KL East. Talks will also be conducted by guest speakers and property experts.
