JOHOR BAHRU: Senibong Cove, a luxury master-planned development from Front Concept Sdn Bhd, the Malaysian arm of leading private Australian developer, Walker Corporation, was recognised for the second consecutive year at the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2015, winning four awards.
The Iskandar development emerged as the top contender for the Awards’ most prestigious category – overall Best Housing Development (Malaysia). It was also awarded Best Landscape Architectural Design and Best Luxury Housing Development (South Malaysia) for its excellence in aspects of design and development respectively. In addition, Isola Grandeur, which is a precinct within Senibong Cove that offers the best in low-density waterfront villas, was awarded the Best Residential Interior Design. It was also highly commended for the Best Residential Architectural Design.
Property developments nominated at the South East Asia Property Awards undergo a rigorous judging process by a panel of expert judges who consider every aspect of the property business such as development, architecture, interior design and marketing.
