PETALING JAYA: Property developer UEM Sunrise has announced that its landed homes development, Senadi Hills Phase 2B located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru has sold out its non-bumiputera units and registered an 86% take-up rate for its bumiputera units, a testament to the company’s development quality and alignment with customers’ needs.
