FOR those who missed the chance to secure homes at Gamuda Gardens, Gamuda Land has just launched another 134 units of double-storey link homes for its second phase called Lavena.
With built-up areas ranging from 2,114sq ft to 2,800sq ft, the spacious units boast four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms respectively.
The homes are closest to the 20.2ha central park at Gamuda Gardens which features five cascading lakes, a waterfall, a mixed-terrain jogging and cycling trail as well as themed parks.
Imagine being greeted by a sweeping view of undulating landscape upon drawing your curtains, or breathing in cool, crisp air while sipping hot coffee at the balcony.
Prices start from RM750,000. The gated-and-guarded Lavena link homes are expected to be completed by 2019.
At the same time, the property developer also held a grand opening ceremony of the township at its sales gallery.
Located in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Gamuda Gardens has a gross development value (GDV) of more than RM10bil.
It will feature link houses, link villas, semi-Ds, bungalows, apartments as well as retail lots, corporate offices, shopping mall and shops.
The commercial, retail and business hubs are planned not only to support the township’s growing community, but expected to be the key address and growth booster for north Kuala Lumpur.
Gamuda Land stresses on quality of life for its would-be residents, injecting a balance of carefully designed homes and facilities to complement the beauty of the natural surroundings.
Additionally, the developer makes a conscious effort in place-making to create a close-knit community and provide memorable experiences that all can enjoy.
“A town has to be about special places and great place-making. When we create gathering places, lay out parks and lakes, craft beautiful streetscapes and have a town square to draw people together, then we start to create a personality for the town.
“So when people move in, live and work here, they will experience the difference and want to be a part of it,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng.
Another key appeal of the township is its location and easy accessibility, he added.
It is located at the confluence of three major highways – the Guthrie Corridor Expressway, KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (Latar) and North-South Expressway.
The two-day launch saw more than 1,000 visitors checking out the Lavena double-storey link homes and enjoying activities that hyped up the gallery’s atmosphere.
There were special guest appearances from 988 radio deejays Jason, Hao Min, Cheryl and Chan Fong, as well as a balloon artist dressed as a clown to entertain the children.
Other highlights included cinema animatic and interactive theatre to offer visitors insights into the project.
Ngan said they were confident that the second phase would receive good response just like the first phase comprising 181 units, which were fully sold.
“This is due to the unique personality of Gamuda Gardens as well as its good location,” he concluded.
