KOTA KINABALU: Sabahans looking to invest in Kuala Lumpur property can check out a unique condominium project featuring a sandy beach.
The Setia Sky Seputeh touted as villas in the sky would be located just 500m from Mid Valley Megamall.
The project being developed by SP Setia Bhd comprises 290 “sky villas” in two towers with a gross development value of some RM950mil.
The company would be showcasing the development at the Magellan Sutera resort here on Sept 3 and 4.
“Setia Sky Seputeh is an ideal development located near the affluent residential areas of Seputeh, Bangsar and Mid Valley City.
“A key feature is the 0.6ha resort-themed podium featuring one of the longest man made sandy beaches in a high-rise development project,” Soh said.
Other recreational facilities include a swimming pool, reflection pool, jacuzzi, heated aqua gym, sky gym, gourmet kitchen, study room and game room.
Soh said only four to six units would be located on each floor giving residents privacy and they range in size from between 214sqm and 278sqm.
He said each unit would be allotted three to four parking bays and another selling point are the wide windows allowing generous light penetration.
Apart from its proximity to Mid Valley Megamall, Setia Sky Seputeh is also a mere 4km from SP Setia’s KL Eco City mixed development project that would be connected to nearby LRT and KTM Komuter stations.
“Setia Sky Seputeh is also well connected via the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway and Sprint,” Soh said in noting that the development was about 8km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, KL Sentral and Damansara Heights.
Prices range from RM2.99mil to RM3.6mil or RM1,300 per sq ft.
Construction is scheduled to start in a few months with delivery expected by late 2020.
