SEMENYIH: S P Setia’s regal collection aptly named Kingsville – the first ever collection of single-storey and 1½-storey bungalows in Setia EcoHill - had a successful launch at the end of July this year. Attracting buyers from neighbouring areas seeking single-storey homes, the Kingsville collection certainly made an outstanding impression offering ample lush greenery in the surrounding environment coupled with easy access into the township via the LEKAS-EcoHill Link.

The English-inspired architecture homes at Kingsville exude a modern take of colonial-style residence, with an open space concept for the layout design. SM Koh, General Manager of Setia EcoHill shared on the day of the launch, “We received good demand for the homes from small families and empty-nesters aspiring to have a better living environment with trusted security.”

“The take up rate for our Kingsville collection has been good despite the current slow economic condition and I am very pleased to announce that all our 1½-storey bungalow units of Phase 1 are fully booked. Kingsville boasts pocket gardens and streetscapes inspired by the Victorian era. Since its inception in 2013, Setia EcoHill has aspired to be the most livable residential address in the southern corridor with its wide range of amenities, generous landscapes & greenery and superior infrastructure compared to neighbouring cities and township.
