CICET Asia Development Sdn Bhd’s maiden project Greenfield Residence, strategically located in the education hub of Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, now has showhouses open for viewing.

Spanning across approximately 2.3ha with a gross development value of RM580mil, it will have 816 residential suites with built-up areas of 581sq ft to 1,302sq ft in the three towers, priced from RM399,000 onwards for 1+1, two, 2+1 or 3+1 bedroom, dual-key units.

Designed by one of BCI Asia’s top architects in Singapore, the residential suites boast a harmonious interaction of water and greenery, giving the comforts of home in a resort-style enclave.

The units will have a modern, practical and functional design, with large windows in the common areas offering unobstructed views while providing ample ventilation and natural lighting.

There will be multi-tier security with features such as a card accessed carpark, touch card to the lift lobby and access to designated floors.

Launched in May, Tower A already has a take-up rate of 85% while 35% of Tower B has been sold. Tower C is estimated to be launched next year and completed by the first quarter of 2021.

Greenfield Residence boasts 1.1ha of greenery that covers almost half of the development, 18 lifestyle retail shops and 34 state-of-the-art recreational facilities with six thematic landscapes – the Aquatic Cove, Green Oasis, Energetic Corridor, Green Belt, Central Green Park and Residential Facilities.

Greenfield Residence is accessible via Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, Federal Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway, New Pantai Expressway and the Shah Alam Expressway.

The new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station, Mentari, is within walking distance and other public transport facilities including KTM and LRT stations provide residents with easy access to amenities around town.
