PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd announced its recently launched development, Residensi Solaris Parq, has received an encouraging response since early October.
As of end November 2017, the take-up rate of Residensi Solaris Parq stood at 80%.
"The initial internal target we set to achieve 80% purchase next year, and we are proud of being able to get past the target early,” said UEM Sunrise chief operating officer Datuk Roslan Ibrahim.
He said that since it was launched several months ago, the project received very encouraging feedback.
"A total of 25% of the Solaris Parq Residency project buyers are our loyal customers and the rest of the new customers who want to change their lifestyle,” he added at the press conference after a sample home tour session at UEM Sunrise Showcase, Kuala Lumpur.
Residensi Solaris Parq marks the first development phase of Solaris Parq, with retail, suites and office components following up closely in the second development phase.
Commanding a gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM755mil, Residensi Solaris Parq is designed to showcase a harmonious blend of nature and luxury and is set to enhance the attractiveness of Mont’Kiara and Dutamas as a destination to live in.
Residensi Solaris Parq consists of two towers with 288 units per tower and offers five different built-ups ranging from 721 to 2,469 sq ft. The selling price ranges from RM873,800 to RM2,968,800.
