Additionally, Eupe plans to launch several new projects in the near future, including Circadia @ Belfield in the central region with a GDV of RM1.018bil and Edgewater in the northern region with a GDV of RM350mil.
Eupe's completed projects in the central region have a total GDV of RM1.2bil, with Novum contributing RM653mil and Parc3 contributing RM563mil. In the northern region, Eupe has completed 69 projects with a combined GDV of RM2.1bil.
