THE success story of EXSIM Group under Lim Aik Hoe, the managing director, is a truly remarkable one.
A chartered accountant and licensed auditor, he formerly also operated his own firm under the name Ecovis AHL.
Through the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in the servicing industry with exposure to numerous industries including sawn milling, manufacturing and trading.
At the onset of the property boom in 2007, Aik Hoe saw the potential in the Malaysian market for property developments that were well-designed for living, and well-conceived for sustainability.
Driven by his visionary mindset and analytical prowess, Aik Hoe pioneered EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd alongside his brothers Aik Kiat, Aik Fu and Aik Keong in 2008.

Aik Fu is a chartered accountant and licensed secretary who has over 12 years’ experience in company secretarial works, management and consultancy.
