StarProperty.my survey finds first-time buyers, upgraders and investors having different views on 2018
Despite recent market sentiment signalling a soft property industry, first-time home-owners are still hopeful about purchasing their first landed property within the Klang Valley.
StarProperty.my approached first-time homebuyers, upgraders and investors through its Buyers’ Sentiment Survey Report 2018 and successfully peered into what is in their baskets when it comes to property issues.
The recent survey garnered 6,000 responses from people aged 19 to 60 years old with incomes of less than RM2,000 to more than RM15,000. What we found was the hushed and troubled voice of first-time homebuyers.
Of the 6,000 respondents, 53.07% are first-time homebuyers, 19.46% are upgraders and the remaining 27.47% are investors.
