LOCATION and the surrounding community are some of the criteria that one should take into consideration when buying a home.
LBS Bina Group Bhd’s Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur meet these requirements, offering buyers their desired property located in the centre of a sought-after neighbourhood for lifestyle, education, fitness and entertainment.
Group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San shared that Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil was designed with home buyers in mind.
“This is LBS’ strength and the strategy that has made us a resilient property player in Malaysia.
“I am confident these meet the needs of today’s modern home buyers and will translate into positive take-up rates,” said Lim.
Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil was officially launched at the development sales gallery in Bukit Jalil.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM954.7mil, the development consists of two residential towers built on a 2.2ha-leasehold land, slated for completion in 2022.
The 47-storey North Tower and 50-storey South Tower house 1,342 condominium units altogether, at prices starting from RM553,000.
The launch saw the first phase, North Tower, open for sale.
Offering two- and three-bedroom layouts, the North Tower units come in built-up areas from 805sq ft to 1,209sq ft, and each unit comes with two parking bays.
Type A1 features a two-bedroom and two-bathroom layout while Type B and Type C comprise three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the units come with a yard, while Type C comes with additional utility room.
Lim shared that the development had been receiving positive response even before its official launch, and South Tower, the second phase, was targeted to be launched within the second half of this year.
“Given the affordable prices, the development will definitely appeal to young professionals and families,” added Lim.
Aside from Tzu Chi International School scheduled for completion in 2020, there are also the International Medical University (IMU) and Asia Pacific University (APU), located a mere 7km from the development.
Those living at Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil will get to enjoy more than 90 facilities such as a garden pool, aqua gym, games room, reading nook, bintang garden, builders playground as well as indoor and alfresco gyms.
Lim pointed out that the development would be elevated 15m from the main road, which makes Residensi Bintang Bukit Jalil the highest condominium in Bukit Jalil.
“This will give residents a breathtaking view of the city skyline,” he added.
Nearby retail facilities include the upcoming Bukit Jalil City Mall, which is 2km away, while Paradigm Garden City Mall is about 6.5km away.
Centrally located within the vicinity, the development has easy access to Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Maju Expressway (MEX) and the Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur – Seremban.
To date, LBS currently has 18 ongoing projects across Klang Valley, Batu Pahat and Cameron Highlands with a GDV of RM3.38bil, with a remaining GDV and unbilled sales of RM1.3bil.

The first to roll out is PPA1M Mercu Bukit Jalil in Bukit Jalil, offering 1,360 units, with a GDV of RM355.8mil. Balloting is scheduled to be held tomorrow and Sunday.
“With all the current and upcoming projects in the pipeline, we are confident that we will achieve our sales target of RM1.8bil this year,” concluded Lim.
