Agency awards night honors top achievers to build on strong 2017 performance

KUALA LUMPUR: It was a night of reunion as the Property Hub Sdn Bhd’s (PH) ‘family’ came together to honor their top achievers in a glittering gala evening that was Property Hub’s Appreciation and Awards Night 2018 on March 9th at the Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Themed ‘Shanghai Night’, it is the eighth edition annual awards night hosted by the six-time MIEA Residential Agency of the Year receipient that united old hands and new faces alike.

The evening honored the top performers of the year whose efforts contributed to a Year-on-year revenue growth of 20% for the agency despite the uncertain economic conditions of 2017.

“2017 was an absolutely fantastic year for Property Hub. Amidst a backdrop of  a flat property industry and despite 2017 being no less challenging a year as there has ever been, Property Hub exceeded its annual Group sales target by 20%,” said Property Hub co-founder and director, Benjamin Tee.

“If last year was more about consolidation and planning, 2018 will be a year of execution and action and I think that we will simply continue doing what we always do – keep pushing the boundaries of excellence. Our plans for 2018 and beyond have already been laid out and we will execute with passion, integrity and teamwork”, he continued.

The biggest winner of the night was overall champion was Joel Low En Zhang from PH Sabah branch who swept five awards including Highest Professional Fees, Most Frequent Monthly Top Achiever (tied with Ray Chong Sin Yin), Highest Property Value and Highest Transacted Rental Value (tied with Rucben Kau Shau Fung).

First runner-up Adrian Yeoh Kiong Nan and 2nd runner-up Jaimie Lee Zhi Mei rounded off the Top three while Top Rookie (and also awarded Most Frequent Top Rookie) was Takaaki Douglas Tobuse from PH Bangsar Division.
