THE four-day Starproperty.my Fair 2017 at Aman Central Mall in Alor Setar which ended yesterday saw developers closing RM25mil worth of sales.

Zeon Properties topped the chart by securing RM14mil in sales followed by BDB Land Sdn Bhd (RM4mil), Runnymede Group (RM4mil) and Epic Valley Holdings Sdn Bhd (RM3mil).

Zeon Properties chief executive officer Leon Lee said they were happy to achieve the sales target of RM14mil for the City of Dreams development at the fair.

“In view of the weak economy, the achievement is encouraging.

“Those with disposable income to invest are still keen on buying as long as the projects are in good neighbourhoods and close to amenities,” he said.

BDB sales planning manager Muhammad Asri Rameli said they were glad to reach their target.
