PETALING JAYA: PR1MA’s Teluk Intan project, one of the pioneering developments in Bandar Teluk Intan located at Changkat Jong Road, has received approvals to begin construction works.
The new residential development which consists of 957 single and double storey units, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM232mil, is scheduled for completion by 2020. Phase 1 of the project which consists of 523 single storey units will be up for sale and priced not more than RM200,000.
PR1MA @ Teluk Intan development will help to drive the city’s growth while giving access to the middle-income (M40) group to comfortable and quality housing.
According to the statement, PR1MA chief executive officer Datuk Abdul Mutalib bin Alias said, “PR1MA aims to provide the Rakyat with quality homes that are fairly priced, suited for their lifestyle and needs. More importantly, this pioneering high-rise community will help create a more vibrant community in Teluk Intan contributing towards the district’s socio-economic development."
