SELANGOR: The Selangor State Government Corporation (PKNS) recently launched its new residential development named Puteri Ariana in conjunction with its Discover PKNS 2023 kick-off campaign.
Officiated by PKNS property development deputy chief executive officer Mohd Kamarzan Mohd Rais, who also launched the Kota Puteri Property Sales Gallery, the project is part of the company’s efforts to expand its portfolio of contemporary homes in Kota Puteri.
Spanning 6.46 acres, the project encompasses 72 units of double-storey link houses, with prices ranging from RM590,000 to RM762,000.
“Puteri Ariana is strategically located in a mature neighbourhood in the growing area of Kota Puteri township, whereby the township was developed by the PKNS to cater to the growing demand for affordable housing in the region,” Kamarzan said.
“With the growth of mix development surrounding Kota Puteri over the years, we are confident that this residential development will complement the area business side by providing housing for young families interested in making Kota Puteri their home,” he added.
The Kota Puteri township includes educational institutions, commercial outlets, medical centres and recreational areas. It is located near major highways, such as the Kuala Lumpur Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), Guthrie Corridor Expressway, Jalan Kuala Selangor and Damansara-Shah Alam Highway (DASH).
Within the same launch, PKNS introduced its Discover PKNS 2023 campaign, a platform to engage with the public at PKNS townships through various fun activities.
PKNS chief finance officer Dr Azlina Jaapar, PKNS property affairs senior general manager Ibrahim Surib and Kota Puteri Development general manager Shahrol Mohd Sharif were also present at the event.
