PETALING JAYA: Property developer Paramount Property has unveiled the show units of the new phase of Berkeley Uptown located in Klang. The upcoming launch, Uptown Residences 2 consists of freehold serviced apartments and park villas.

Chan also presented the grand prize to the winner of Paramount BigMegaWin campaign, a monthly lucky draw for home buyers of participating projects. More than 180 homeowners have won various gifts since the start of the campaign in 2023. The grand prize, presented at the conclusion of the campaign, was a BMW iX1.
“The Paramount BigMegaWin campaign provides an extra layer of celebration for our buyers,” added Chan who presented the BMW iX1 to the lucky winner Amer Muzhafar.
At the event, guests had the opportunity to test drive BMW’s latest EV models and learnt more about the future of electric vehicles from BMW experts. Additionally, attendees also gained insights into the usage and installation of EV chargers from Kineta. Held in collaboration with BMW, the event also featured a session on solar energy innovations by Solaroo.
