CHERAS: OSK Property officially unveiled You City III Cheras, the latest phase of the You City development in Cheras 9th Mile. You City III is an integrated transit-oriented development (TOD) featuring a direct link-bridge to MRT Taman Suntex.

The development incorporates the 3-storey You City retail, offering urban retail experience managed by Atria that allows residents to live, ride, shop and eat in one place.

OSK Property chief executive officer Ong Ghee Bin said, “This development is the next significant project that OSK Property has envisioned to promote sustainable urban growth in the surrounding neighbourhood of Cheras 9th Mile.

As an added value to the entire development, OSK Property has enhanced the overall masterplan of the development with a newly built flyover that connects residents in You City to the Grand Saga Highway. The famous Cheras 9th Mile wet market was also reconstructed by OSK Property to provide the community with a more comfortable and spacious facility.
