KUALA LUMPUR: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd has launched its new residential property project named Rica Residence@Sentul.
“Sentul town was a major industrial hub for the nation, having the reputation of a location with the finest integrated engineering workshops,” said Minister of the Federal Territories Datuk Seri Utama Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, who officiated the launching event.
“Over the past year, we have witnessed an increase in domestic business activities due to the establishment of commercial centres, following the good connectivity of roads, MRT, LRT, KTM Commuter and buses, as well as sufficient amenities in place,” he said.
“Property prices in Sentul are gradually increasing due to its strategic location to the city centre. This is evident in the presence of established developers launching mid- to high-end homes in this area,” he added.
Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd executive director Eric Kuan Khian Leng said, “We have already achieved 70% sales of Rica Residence@Sentul units during our private preview roadshows.”
“The response and support received were tremendously positive which shows the market’s confidence in Fajarbaru’s property products,” he said.
“We have more projects to be launched and we look forward to presenting more innovative products that can further excite and delight our customers in near future,” said Eric.
The development is located at Sentul and will add 473 serviced residences to the Sentul property scene, all within a 39-storey tower.
The development offers a starting price of RM600 per sq ft and built-up spaces ranging from 657 to 1,238 sq ft.
Rica Residence@Sentul is 150m away from the KVMRT2 project linking Sungai Buloh and Cyberjaya. It offers easy access to major destinations such as KLCC, TRX, Bandar Malaysia and Cyberjaya through MRT 2.
