PETALING JAYA: SP Setia Bhd (SP Setia) is celebrating its 50th anniversary by launching the Setia Homefest sales carnival offering perks and festivities for homebuyers from Aug 17 to Sept 17.
Among others, the Homefest package offers cash rebates and anniversary rewards of up to RM50,000 for kitchen and renovation, a weekly catch of up to RM10,000, along with fun activities such as scavenger hunts, a chance to win prizes, and Touch ‘n Go e-wallet credit worth up to RM300.
The participating developments will be in Setia Eco Glades, Setia AlamImpian, Setia Eco Park, Taman Rinting in Johor and Aeropod in Kota Kinabalu and more.
