A city development to look out for in terms of convenience and affordability
Platinum Victory has been busy providing quality homes in the Setapak area for almost two decades, as evident by its many high-rise developments with ‘PV’ in their names.
Following the Platinum Lake City development, which is next to Danau Kota lake in Kuala Lumpur, is the PV18 Residence.
Launched earlier this month, PV18 Residence will be the city development to look out for in terms of convenience and affordability.
The project sits on 5.56 acres of land and comprises two blocks of residential units. Block A will have 40 floors and Block B, 42 floors. In total, there will be 852 units with two built-up sizes of 1,021 sq ft and 1,219 sq ft.
“PV18 Residence has a dual-key layout concept which fits the current demand by owners and families for privacy, especially when relatives or friends stay over." On top of that, homeowners can have additional income by renting out the studio bedroom.
“As the family grows, the need for individualism will be more prominent and that’s where your investment for this concept becomes meaningful; your grown child gets freedom without feeling restrained while still living with you,” Platinum Victory executive director Gan Yee Hin explained.
“Times are changing and the property development industry is evolving fast. People are getting more discerning and knowledgeable.
“We at Platinum Victory need to react fast in our project offerings and we believe that PV18 Residence is a good choice in the market.
“It offers a central location, good amenities, practical layout and the most looked-out-for factor - a reasonable pricing,” said Gan.
The development will be located along Jalan Langkawi, about 8.9km to Suria KLCC and 10.5km to Bukit Bintang. It will be accessible via DUKE, MRR2 and the proposed DUKE 3 highways, besides the city network of adjoining roads which makes it very convenient for urbanites to stay and drive to and from work.
Being close to the city centre, residents will be able to access three LRT stations near PV18 Residence: Taman Melati, Wangsa Maju and Sri Rampai. All these stations are connected by feeder buses and taxi services for the convenience of users.
Future connectivity will be enhanced by the proposed Integrated Transport Terminal Gombak, which is expected to be ready next year, and interconnecting with the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) by 2024, which will be just 5km from PV18. Travelling to Kota Baru will then take less than four hours.
As part of the company’s initiative to provide more affordable housing, Platinum Victory has developed the Vista Wirajaya and Vista Wirajaya 2 projects under the RUMAWIP (Rumah Wilayah Persekutuan) scheme. It received an overwhelming response from the public by being oversubscribed three times the number of units offered.
The projects were launched together with its balloting session earlier this year by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
It is part of the company’s Vista line of products with Vista Semarak, launched early last year, is fully subscribed for all 600 units.
Vista Langkawi, which was launched in the second half of 2017, has the largest built-up size of 926 sq ft under the RUMAWIP scheme in the city.
This year, Platinum Victory plans to launch Vista OUG at Bukit OUG which is just next to the Muhibbah LRT station.
In the 2018 pipeline for Setapak is another exciting development called PV9 Melati which will be launched later. This will be followed by two other developments in the second half of the year – Platinum OUG at Bukit OUG in KL and Platinum Arena at Old Klang Road, KL.
Gan concluded: “We estimate that the total GDV for all our projects combined will be about RM2bil for 2018.”
As a notable community developer, Platinum Victory’s new tagline of Creating Magical Moments will be a meaningful promise for new homebuyers.
