PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) recently unveiled the 17 awards categories of The National Real Estate Awards 2018 (NREA 2018).
In the NREA Pack Launch held recently at MIEA training centre, MIEA President Elect Sr Lim Boon Ping revealed that NREA Gala Night will be held on Oct 21.
“The awards recognise the measure of success and pinnacle of achievement of the real estate industry players as a statement of their contribution to the industry,” he added.
The awards are open to all real estate agents, firms, probationary estate agents/valuers and negotiators.
The 17 award categories include:
- Real Estate Agent of the Year
- Real Estate Firm of the Year
- Real Estate Firm of the Year (State)
- Rookie Real Estate Agent of the Year (State)
- Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year
- Commercial Real Estate Firm of the Year
- Industrial Real Estate Firm of the Year
- Project Marketing Firm of the Year,
- Most Innovative Marketing Idea
- Million Dollar Producers (Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Negotiator)
- Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
- State Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
- Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
- Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of the Year (State)
- Residential Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
- Commercial Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
- Industrial Real Estate Negotiator of the Year
