The company’s first VISTA project called VISTA Semarak launched early last year was fully-subscribed for all its 600 units. Its VISTA Langkawi which was launched during the second half of 2017, has the largest built-up size of 926 sq feet under RUMAWIP scheme in the city.

‘We estimate that the total GDV for all our projects combined will be about RM2 billion for 2018.’ Gan concluded.
